Summer Bruschetta

Did you try the pasta sauce receipt from this post? Well, you should! Its easy, light and so delish.
The best part of it is the leftovers you can use them to make a lunch Bruschetta.
Toast some bread, add the leftover tomato mix! Serve with some avocado slices and some green tea (normal people might skip the tea since its summer.... but... I just love the stuff too much)

  7. In Italy we call it "bruschetta" but it quite the same: toasted bread, garlic, tomato, basil. I have to try to match it with avocado. Sounds good. :)
