Homemade Chocolate SauceThere are few things in life I like better than ice cream. Off the top of my head, the only thing I can think of is chocolate. Creamy, cold vanilla and rich, warm chocolate combines in this dessert, elevated to perfection by the crunchy nuts. YUM!
200 gr of chocolate with nuts
1.5 dl whipping cream
(You can also use regular chocolate and add chopped hazel nuts to that.)
Melt the chocolate very gently over a pot of boiling water
Stir in the cream.
Serve warm with the ice cream of your choice.
